At Shopki Medical, we strive to deliver your medical supplies quickly and efficiently. Our goal is to ensure that all orders are shipped and delivered to our customers within 3-5 business days. While we work hard to meet this delivery timeframe, please note that actual delivery times may vary due to factors such as product availability, shipping location, and the specifics of your order.

Return Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you find that a product does not meet your needs or expectations, our return policy is designed to assist you with hassle-free returns.

Return Conditions

Initial Inspection: Please inspect your product closely upon delivery. If you notice any damage or if the product is not what you ordered, please refuse the delivery or contact Shopki Medical Customer Service at [email protected], immediately if the item was delivered without a signature and is incorrect or damaged.

Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Product Condition: To be eligible for a return, items must be in new and unused condition, with all original packaging, accessories, and chargers included. Signs of use, such as scratches, dirt, or wear, will render the product non-returnable.

Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 25% may apply to returned items, depending on the product type and condition at return.

General Return Window

Most products can be returned within 30 days of receipt. Please contact our Customer Service for specific product return policies.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain custom-made or personalized items are non-returnable. This includes:

Custom-built or ultra-lightweight wheelchairs.

Custom modifications like upgraded fabrics or left-hand controls.

Hygiene-sensitive products such as bath safety equipment and mattresses.

Return Process

Request a Return Authorization (RA): Contact Shopki Medical within the return window to request an RA. This can be done through our online portal or directly via our Customer Service.

Ship the Item: Once you receive an RA, return the item to the specified address within 14 days. Include the RA form in the package.

Inspection and Refund: Upon receipt, the item will be inspected for condition. Eligible returns will be refunded to the original form of payment, less any applicable restocking fees.

Canceled Orders

Orders canceled after shipping are subject to return shipping costs and restocking fees. Refused deliveries will incur return shipping deductions and restocking fees.

Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately for a replacement or repair.


Please allow up to 4 weeks for the processing of your return and issuance of credit. For payments made by check or money order, a refund check will be issued within 30 days.
